Description

Brave does not check for actual wallet provider availability before asking to link Rewards wallet.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be in an unsupported territory
  2. Have unlinked wallet
  3. Try to link wallet

Expected result:

Brave should not display wallet providers not available in your area
