Jarring repaint/flashing on clicking About Brave in Settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. new profile
2. launch Brave
3. open brave://settings
4. click on the About Brave section underneath Additional settings at the bottom left

Actual result:

The entire window repaints/flashes.

Expected result:

Like Google Chrome, no flashing/repainting, if possible.
