When testing this upgrade, we can likely use the Development channel in browser-laptop, but we need to be sure. If this won't work, we could potentially create a new release channel or use the Nightly one.

It would be best to use an existing release channel (ex: Development) because creating a new channel would involve also updating vault-updater (among other things)

When this project is complete, we can test it on the Beta channel

We can use Nightly channel on browser-laptop for testing. Once ready, we can then try the upgrade "for real" with the Beta channel. I don't think we should use Developer because the BAT Ads build are on that channel

I tested an upgrade tonite from 0.22.2 => 0.25.201 and it worked great as expected 😄 👍
