Description

When scrolling through text on pages, a diagonal line that goes from the upper left corner to the bottom right corner "cuts" the screen. It looks like a broken glass.

This glitch does not appear when scrolling large images, and also it wasn't present when I was using Linux Mint Cinnamon Edition.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Just scroll through any text.

Actual result:

Please check the effect on the following YouTube video. Look at the gray bar.

Expected result:

That line is distracting so it shouldn't appear at all. Scrolling should be smooth.

Reproduces how often:

Always.

Brave version (brave://version info)

I updated to the last version of Brave and it still keeps happening.
