Bug: cannot delete unused Budget #189

I tried to delete an unused Budget today, after merging it with another entry.

I did not find a button for deletion and set it to Value Zero instead.

Trying to rename the entry to "Z-deleteme" instead I stepped on bug #156 ;-)

@DamageIncorporated you can delete a budget using the following steps:

Long press on the budget --> Edit
Click on the edit icon on the top right (the pen).
Click on the three dots on the top side.
Choose Delete --> Confirm.

it's not very obvious but it's still possible, i think this can be a suggestion for user friendly purposes.
