[BUG] Settings and API key reset after restarting Whispering

Hello again,

just wanted to report a bug: When I completely close Whispering 6.0.0 on my Windows 11 PC and then open it again all my settings are reset.

I have to change the keyboard shortcut again, the notifications settings, my OpenaAI API key has to be entered again etc. Luckily, the transformations persist.

I didn't have this problem with Whispering 5.2.1 before and would really appreciate, if a hotfix would be possible @braden-w
