We've added a boatload of new third-party libraries ever since the embedded Node server landed. The NOTICE file in the root of our project doesn't list any of them -- it just lists the client-side JS libraries we use.
Keep this file as a list of every library and every license seems unmaintainable. I think we should replace it with a generic notice that some of the files in the tree have other different licenses (and directing people to example nested license files and individual source files' headers, in general, for more info).
