Tern has a plugin for nodejs, which provides codehints for the Node API and support for node style modules, but we currently don't load it as we don't know if the project is a node project or not. One easy way to identify a node file would be to look for the jslint setting.

Was assigned to tern team, so marking "Needs Review".

See also related issue #3801 -- I've also marked that 'needs review' since it seems like these should be resolved as a pair
