Is there a technical/legal reason why there is no config for Windows 10 Pro yet?

I was evulating running virtualized Windows for CI reasons at the time of opening the issue. My client decided to use a commercial provider of Windows CI infrastructure instead.
As I'm not a windows user myself, I'll not be able to provide a PR this time. sorry.

I am interested in this. What are the basic steps to follow to add a new config, do we have a tutorial explaining what files needs touching?

If you take a look at one of the enterprise scripts you can copy it and edit it for pro.

Re-titling this as "Windows 10 Professional (non-evaluation)" to distinguish from the eval-win10x*-enterprise.json templates. If you disagree with the name change, let me know or feel free to rename it to something else more relevant.

I'm also taking ownership of this, so once I find a legit win10 iso somewhere, I can work on adding this template.
