What is going on with you? And stop with this "we work with volunteers" - this is invalid, as you get a 10% cut.

My 6th cash-out has now a super-problem, as I do not get any response to my repeated reminder-emails.

Please fix your processes.

got it after 18 days. An eternity, and possibly the top-most unprofessional cashout-processing I've ever seen.
