ℹ️ Description

I have started revising the requirements section, however it seems like there are many things to be revised under another issue, so to explain things better, I have opened this issue. I have some questions to ask and according to their answers, we can edit related parts of our requirements
Question 1: About the "Notifications" part, as an example case, the user (using the app in mobile) might close the notifications of our app from his/her "phone's "Settings" part. How can we handle this scenario, might it cause an issue?
Question 2: Our "Requirements" does not have an "Accessibility" title and related features. Should we add some acesibility features for our application (eg. voice assist for blind people)
