Make sure to cancel Publish alpha workflow on subsequent push #335

In the past, we had some problems with the CI workflow Publish alpha for subsequent pushes/merges to main. We should make sure to cancel previous runs of that workflow using something like https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/workflow-syntax-for-github-actions#concurrency
