Feature: Record with relations should function as Inbound/Outbound types

Description

Record with relations should function as Inbound/Outbound types for a pipeline step, such that the relations can maintained when passed to/from a step. This functionality should include the serialization/deserialization when using a messaging Inbound/Outbound type (Java only - Python messaging only supports Strings).
