I don't know if this is the right location for this, but I was wondering if there was somewhere with a complete language spec? The readthedocs (https://github.com/boogie-org/boogie-docs) hasn't been updated in 9 years and contains lots of TODOs.

I am interested in starting a project using Boogie as an IVL but I can't get a good understanding on how viable this project is without more details into the target language. Any direction would be appreciated
