As a Casual User, I can easily learn how to contact the business and learn its location so I can interact with it.

Acceptance Criteria:

Telephone link must be provided.
Map link must be provided.
Link to Facebook and other social media sites must be provided.
Hours of business details must be provided.

Tasks:
Provide html structure in base.html.
