For the last entry "Create CSV timeline from date"

The Command ist not "closed" you have to add ' " at the end

Full Command is then

Psort.py -o l2tcsv -w supertimeline.csv disk.plaso "date > '2022-03-01 00:00:00'"

I have not checked every Command on the PDF. I just noticed it by using this Command
