Incomplete Address Validation on Leasing Agent Address

If you fill only partially fill out the leasing agent address section, the missing fields will not highlight but the error will block saving, publishing, etc. This leaves the user in a confusing state and this section should mirror the red highlighting that the rest of the form uses.
