Describe the bug

When a new claim expands, it sometimes overlaps the old claim.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Create a new 3D claims
Face an old 3D claim (It can be any claim type)
Standing in the new claim and typing/claimexpand <amount>
You can see that the new claim area overlaps with the old claim area.
If you type /claimexpand <amount> [direction], This bug may not happen.

Expected behavior

When a new claim expands, it sometimes overlaps the old claim.

GDDEBUG

When a player wants to extend claims, if there is a claim overlap, the server will correctly block the player and prompt.
