• There will be problems with handlebars.js 4.6.0 and above gotwarlost/istanbul#925
• Version 4.6.0 breaks istanbul (code coverage) html reporter handlebars-lang/handlebars.js#1636

I have the same issue.
Coverage in HTML view is broken.

I'm not sure if your problem is specific to our project @springfred; however, you'll need to update istanbul-reports to version 2.2.7 or the 3.x major version.
