macOS version shows blank screen when launched

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. Click on 'Bitwarden icon'

Expected Result

I expect the app to open and show my saved credentials. The Bitwarden Safari plugin is working fine.

Actual Result

The app opens but the screen is completely blank except for my name in the top right. Resizing the window doesn't have any effect.
