Describe your issue as much as you can

We used Bitnami Pimcore in azure with the plan:
vm_plan = {
name = "3-1"
product = "pimcore"
publisher = "bitnami"
}

But this I no longer included in the marketplace and we cant restore a VM by its snapshot.

Error:
Original Error: Code="ResourcePurchaseValidationFailed" Message="User failed validation to purchase resources. Error message: 'Offer with PublisherId: 'bitnami', OfferId: 'pimcore' cannot be purchased due to validation errors. For more information see details.

Any possibility to deal with this as we have problems with prd environement.

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you. We removed Pimcore from our catalog some time ago, that's why you have not been able to find it in the Azure Marketplace. I'm glad you managed to solve your issue by manually installing the application. I'm closing this ticket as solved. Sorry for the inconveniences.
