Support for Transition Sources

Please add support for Set Transition Source id from variables {Dip Fill Source id / Wipe (Border) Fill Source id / Stinger Fill Source id / DVE-LOGO Effect Fill Source id} and Set Transition Key Source { DVE-LOGO Effect Fill Source id}. This is per M/E.

Current workaround is to use macros, but for a 1 M/E switcher such as ATEM Mini Pro it requires a Macro per input / valid internal source. Let's say 10 sources x 3 transition type + 8 for Key = 38 macros. For a 2 M/E constellation this is at least 128 macros per M/E .... Another complexity is that Marcos does not support variables.

Ideally atem variables are provided for the source id's (so we can control processing and don't need to define custom variables and triggers to keep the custom variables in sync with the switcher. Feedback with support for variables please.
