This is in reality a reimbursement request for the Refund Agent. The input limit in the Bisq app makes it impossible to make large reimbursement requests at present.

Note that I validated the amount of BSQ requested by adding up the values reported in bisq-network/roles#93 between the dates of Apr 25th–May 16th. And I validated the individual amounts reported there by checking the BSQ transaction IDs.
