Hi,
I ran braker with UTR=on which caused

# Thu May 16 01:59:59 2019: ERROR: in file /work/waterhouse_team/miniconda2/envs/braker2/bin/braker.pl at line 2637
bam2wig executable not found at /work/waterhouse_team/miniconda2/envs/braker2/bin//../auxprogs/bam2wig/bam2wig.
       UTR training from RNA-Seq is enabled. This requires bam2wig. Please check README.TXT of AUGUSTUS to compile bam2wig.

@mictadlo , this was fixed in the newest build of "braker2", #14463, so can you please update your environment to the newest "braker2=2.1.2=2"?
