initialization of HTTPParser in node-php

Hi,
the constructor of HTTPParser and HTTPParser.reinitialize should be called with a parameter HTTPParser.RESPONSE instead of "RESPONSE".
This took me a few hours to figure out so, if someone uses the php server script in lib directory, might come in handy :)
