Right now, the adam-cli test, Features2ADAMSuite, contains a single (failing) test. The test is currently marked "ignore", because although we can show that the Features2ADAM tool works as advertised manually, we can't get these tests to pass in an automated fashion.

We should have more tests for the CLI commands, and getting this test to work both locally and on Jenkins is an important step.
