In #167, it was noted that the language around Task events and Physiological and other continuous recordings is very fMRI-centric. To keep that PR narrowly focused, I want to separately address the need to adapt these to EEG/MEG/iEEG.

Ideally this could be spearheaded by people involved in writing those portions of the spec to avoid contradictions or other incompatibilities.
