this manuscript git still contains a copy of the bhmm python code which is now in its own repository. For the sake of writing the paper we could leave it as it is, but if we plan to make the examples available with the manuscript it would be better to use the bhmm core package. Also the sources in this package out of date, so they shouldn't be modified anymore.
