这个想法是哪个方面的？

新增功能

这个想法要做到什么？
更方便地在网页的 顶部/body/底部 中引用资源

是否有具体的实现思路？
两种方案
一是在主题设置的 高级设置 页面添加 顶部引用，Body标签引用，页脚引用，并同步更新主题文档

二是直接做成插件
