NX Cannot find module '@nrwl/workspace/src/utilities/set-default-collection'

After following the install instructions I get:

 >  NX   Cannot find module '@nrwl/workspace/src/utilities/set-default-collection'

When trying to create a new plugin.

Hi @quantumcode-martin a lot of things related to the code structure have changed with the latest version of nx.
I'm currently working on V2 of the plugin which will be delivered with the improvements and compatible with the latest version of NX.

@Previesam @quantumcode-martin an intermediate patch has been released with version 1.2.5, which should resolve the problems encountered with the new NX version, while awaiting v2 of the plugin, which will bring functional improvements to the plugins.
