Describe the bug
In recent versions, any VisualElement that is drawn in the edge of the chart drawing area gets clipped instead of rescaling the drawing area. This was not the case in 2.0.0-beta.950 and prior versions.

Screenshots
For example, in 2.0.0-rc4.5 it looks like the following:

But in 2.0.0-beta.950 it looks like this, which is desired for me:
