Integrate language-specific outline?

This extension seems almost suitable to fix the feature requests microsoft/vscode#51364 and microsoft/vscode#55068 for VS Code which ask for regions inside the normal outline of VS Code. For instance, you may use regions to group the method in a larger class in JavaScript/C#/whatever. It would be awesome if this extension could integrate the default outline of VS Code and merge them into the region tree.
