weird flickering of decals

Hey, so I got a little problem with the decals on the wings and fuselage. They are flickering and I have no clue why. It seems to only appear when Im zooming out. I have other Mods like Tantares ore BDB installed but none of them show anything like this. I hope someone can help me out!
