Verify scopes are defined in security scheme #3

If a security requirement object in OpenAPI points to a security scheme of type "oauth2" or "openIdConnect", then the values are scope names.

In this case, the validator should verify if the scopes in the security requirement object are also defined in the referenced security scheme.
