If you visit the Safework Project on a computer, the background image stretches to the screen (with "cover") and it allows pages that require scrolling to use parallax scrolling. On mobile devices however, the page sometimes appears like this, but sometimes it is oddly stretched/zoomed and the image doesn't cover the page or is sized way too big.
