Hi @iomgaa-ycz Did you install Olares on the VPS or something? It looks like there is a network interface device with a Public IP on your server. But this IP is not accessible, so the initializing process failed. Could you please provide your network device information of your server, help us to find out the issue. THX |

Hi everyone,
I encountered an issue while installing Olares and would appreciate some help. Below are my environment details and steps I followed:
Environment Information
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super
Installation Method: Installed using the following command
curl -fsSL https://cn.olares.sh | bash - Selected Domain: olares.cn
Issue Description
After completing the installation, I used my phone to scan the QR code for activation, but the device keeps displaying "Resolving DNS." I have waited for about 8 hours, but the issue persists.
Steps I've Tried
Checked the network connection and confirmed it is working properly.
Restarted the device and Olares service, but the issue remains.
Checked DNS configuration and found no obvious issues.
Expected Outcome
I hope to successfully complete the DNS resolution and activate the Olares service without issues.
Additional Information
If any logs or configuration details are needed, please let me know, and I will provide them as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help!
