RoyalGuard v2.0.1 Hotfix

Some aspects of v2.0 did not work as planned, so I changed a few things as a hotfix.

• Add ID support on warn, mute, reaction roles, and welcome roles
• Add more detailed errors for v2.0.x due to a major version change

After 5 months, I have finally released version 2.0!

The server will be updated with the version compiled on this release, so keep a lookout!
