GIVEN I am MHR BC Registry Staff or Service BC Field Office Staff
WHEN I receive physical paperwork for an update to an active Transport Permit
THEN I can access amend functionality
AND update....

• Amend Transport Permit is also noted as being available for Manufactured Home dealers on homes they created. To verify if this is accurate / necessary. If accurate / necessary review other users groups to confirm if this functionality should be available to all groups who can complete a transport permit.
