UI updates - MHR Unit notes formatting issues in Review and Confirm and MHR Info Screen

When remarks are added in a new line, then it should display in the new line/next line instead of displaying

API updates have been made in https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/assets-team-space-61426544e7e2ea001d079597/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/18442

Further updates are needed for
