Temporary codebase upload for BCM access and download
This is the risk score calculator as described in the published JAMA Open Network article: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/10.1001/jamanetworkopen.2020.23780
The files "main.py" file is the key Python (3.6 or above) file for which all the other three files depend. The key packages necessary in Python (e.g., Bokeh, Numpy, Pandas, Scipy) are imported at the topy of the "main.py" file, for reference to key package dependencies.
