run on windows

We bought blade.mail, but can't use it locally.
For windows setup we used blat utility:

blat mail.html -server localhost:1025 -f "test@mail.com" -to "test2@mail.com" -subject "rrr"

where mail.html is our email template.
But it says that connection refused from blade.mail side.

hi @nosovk, I'm in the Lunar holidays and I'm not using Windows atm. I'm so sorry for that, going to install Windows and check that issue after the vacation.
