Featured and Latest Products aren't working on navigation when the website is reloaded from another page.

When I load the website from a page other than the home page, and navigate to the home page, the recent & latest products aren't showing.

I checked this issue even in the bagisto demo (https://demo.bagisto.com:2087) and its there .

steps in the bagisto demo itself:

1. load https://demo.bagisto.com:2087/product/155

2. click on the logo to navigate to home page

3. Scroll to the latest and featured product sections

What version of bagisto integration are you using?

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response!

It will take some time to update the VueStoreFront project because we are updating our Headless APIs to the latest version (for Bagisto v1.4.3)

@vivek-webkul Are there any plans on continuing this project? We are considering a new project based off of this but I find it quite hard to asses the state of the headless API's and everything around it, it seems this project is pretty outdated and no longer being maintained.

I also see these:

• When will the Bajitsu 2.1.2 version be released? headless-ecommerce#247
  On the 9th of may @Anmol-Chauhan says a complete new frontend will be released in two weeks, however it seems this didn't happen. And it doesn't specify if a new Alokai based frontend is being developed.

• Graphql queries missmatch with backend nextjs-commerce#16
  Here @VikasTiwari-Webkul says that "Bagisto Next Commerce is not compatible with Bagisto version: v2.0.0".

Does this mean that we currently cannot take the starters and build upon them at this moment without adopting old versions of either Nuxt.js/Vue Storefront and/or Bagisto? Would it be possible to get more insight on development timelines or get access to development versions so I can plan out a development project?

Hi @VikasTiwari-Webkul, I saw, thanks. That gives some option already. However I was still wondering about https://github.com/vuestorefront/vue-storefront and this current repo being abandoned as of now

The repo is not abandoned. It's still active. We are working on the next release of Bagisto which will come soon in the next few days. With that, we will be updating the API as well after which this repo will also be updated to the latest version.

Thank you for the update. I noticed the last commit was in 2022, which made it seem like the project might be inactive. However, it's great to hear that there are plans to update and maintain it. This definitely gives me more confidence in considering Bagisto as a base for future projects. Looking forward to the new release and updates!

Currently, I'm exploring other options like Vendure and Medusa, but I'll certainly keep an eye on Bagisto for future considerations.
