rustc 1.52.0-nightly (d6eaea1c8 2021-03-14) running on x86_64-pc-windows-msvc panics with 'found unstable fingerprints for extern_mod_stmt_cnum(count[1edd]::osmpbf).

Seems to be this issue: rust-lang/rust#83126
