Improve Output Window Integration

The current output window allows users to select scene files for output from a list, even if the scenes are not open in the editor. While this provides flexibility, it is not intuitive and makes resource management difficult.

Describe the solution you'd like

Integrate the output window more closely with the editor. For instance, make it a tool window instead of a standalone window, allowing it to feel more connected to the editor environment.
