Reset theme customization settings

Hello! I really liked your theme, but I wanted to do some customization in the colors of the tokens (for example, for the dereference operator). I came across the fact that customizations made through editor.tokenColorCustomizations disappear after the project is fully initialized. Can you tell me how to fix this?
