Wrong chars encoding, error loading images (404)

I open the images folder. When a Nextcloud folder in path has accents, the viewer won't load the images (404 not found error). The issue is because of incorrect encoding of accented characters.

Example: I have a folder named Santé the viewer encodes it like this in the path of the loaded images : Sant%C3%83%C2%A9 (which "translates" to Santé and not Santé)
