generate typing files from open api config and use it for type referencing

current problem

cannot refer to operationId after operations.
have to be exact same word from a json config file

expectation

IntelliSense from IDE can suggest the operationId after typing operations.

suggestion

generate typing files like grpc
and make use of generic class type to populate the types into it

I used these libraries to generate grpc type files for nestjs application
