Add clickable port in Overview UI #14

When the VM and containers are started, make ports clickable.

For example, the RabbitMQ container's port 15672 should be clickable, opening a browser window to http://VM IP address:15672

Protocols should be specified in the global manifest and used to determine if the label is linkable or not.

gmr added the enhancement label
