Overview
Updates the resource explorer to maximize available screen real estate depending on the quantity of assets and properties.
In this scenario, multiple pages of assets are listed and take much of the panel, but it's still clear the asset properties section exists.
Once an asset is selected, the properties panel will grow to a maximum value to display more options at once.
When there are fewer assets on a page, the asset properties panel will grow up to the bottom of the asset tree.
