Describe the bug
Widgets (i.e line chart) are fetching data on a 1s interval by default, rather than 5s.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set up a Line Chart to pull data from SiteWise
Observe the network tab

Expected behavior
Default refresh rate should be 5s.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: iOS
Browser: Chrome

Additional context
This may be caused by an interaction between synchro-charts live mode and app kit event handling.
